My name is Richard Brown, and I live in northern Ontario, Canada. I studied at Tyndale College University and Seminary, formerly Ontario Bible College and Theological Seminary, as well as several other institutions. This is not a traditional blog-if there even is such a thing. It is not about my daily routine etc., which really isn’t that interesting. The site name-ministerium verbi divini is latin for “the ministry of the Word of God.” This site is about an introductory commentary on the bible which I am working my way through. Some posts try to add some devotional reflections on the scriptures. I hold to be the infallible inerrant Word of God. I also have some reflections on the reformed confessions and standards from a biblical perspective. I also post these thoughts on my Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100016227729017.  I was ordained in a reformed presbyterian denomination, but I returned to my career as a power engineer/industrial mechanic. I also like to fly and am working on my private and then commercial pilot’s license, although with no plans for a career change at this time. I am exploring the possibility of once again being involved in church ministry within a reformed fellowship.  As for the future of this site, it is under construction, and I am still trying to figure out all the mechanics of it.  However, I hope you will be blessed in your visit here.
